Completely designed by me from the ground up, based on the Fallout 2 design. Fun fact— though the positive terminal would be on the right in our world, they're reversed in the Fallout ‘verse. There's some dispute as to their size, given that they power both guns and cars. Eventually, this close to 9V size was settled on—though a Lantern Battery size is available.
